Shipping policy

It will take 1-3 business days to process your order, regardless of the shipping option selected at checkout. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Please be advised: If an incorrect/wrong address has been used for your order, the package is typically returned to us by the carrier (could take up to 30 days). Once we have that package in our possession, we will contact you via email to discuss a new shipping option, paid at the customer's expense.  ***Packages lost or destroyed due to incorrect shipping details provided, will not be replaced as free of charge or refunded***
